I do recommend Arykah Trabosh. She was honest and straight forward. She works with your budget and with your fixed agreement. Even though DOL kept changing ‘areas of concern’ , (causing more rework and prep) she continued to support me through it and kept to the financial and support agreement. This was critical as I had contacted another lawyer previously and they wanted an open-ended retainer which I could not afford (pay as the hours rack up) . In my case it would have cost me most of what I tried to gain. She really put her best self to support you. I am forever grateful. I recommend that the coaching should be one day in advance so you have time to digest the content prep. I am not used to this stuff, so during the Tribunal she did step in as allowable by law. I am grateful for her knowledge and expertise in the DOL Tribunal Appeal case. And yes, she did win the appeal. You have my utmost thanks and gratitude. Relief.

This is the first review I’ve written for anything so bare with me, but I am compelled to write one for Arykah because of the amazing job that was performed. I received a email from the dept of labor for a e-adjunction for a stoppage of payment until more info was provided on my end. The email was sent with a short deadline and was filled with many questions very detailed and confusing. After many calls to other firms voice mails left and no returned calls I finally came across Arykah and the Trabosh law firm. I left a voice mail with her secretary and received a call back personally with in a hour. At this point from waiting to hear from all the other firms I only had the night to complete all items requested. I explained this to her and she told me even though the work day was over she would get back to me at 9pm. The call came right on time as she said, she literally walked me through everything item by item. As a single father with full custody of a seven year old son who was schooling remotely and my job affected by covid she finally gave me some relief that I have been desperately seeking. She was very professional as well as compassionate to my situation! I would highly recommend anyone who is in a similar situation to contact her firm!
